This website is owned and operated by Cap City Detail & Ceramic Coatings. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors automotive detailing services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. REFUND POLICY

Cap City Detail & Ceramic Coatings sells some products that are eligible for a refund. If buying a gift card over the holidays, directly or through Google, orders placed between 11/14/23 and 12/24/23 can be returned until 1/31/24.

REFERRAL BONUSES

Referral bonuses can only be honored if the referred client completes the entire order that they have placed and/or paid for the entire order they placed or for the services that they received/were to receive. If the aforementioned was not fulfilled and you had already redeemed your referral bonus on good faith, you will be billed for the amount of said referral bonus.
